Oil Region Recovery is a 14-bed male/female detox, 30-bed male and 14-bed female inpatient drug and alcohol facility located in Polk, PA.

HOW IT WORKS

Call our facility at (814) 346-0079. All calls are confidential:

The facility is staffed 24/7 (including holidays).
Admissions Office Hours:
- M-F from 8:30am-5 pm
- If you call after hours: one of our staff will take a message with your basic info. An Admin Staff member will return your call during normal business hours.

Initial Screening call with one of our Admin Staff. Info we will need:

Name, Address, Phone
Dob, SS#
Current Usage
Basic Health History
Basic Legals
Insurance Information

Our staff will assess the appropriate level of care and determine a treatment plan. Additional info we will go over:

Employment
Aftercare
In-depth Questions of usage, health history, and legals
Verify insurance benefits
- We will also discuss any out-of-pocket expenses there are based on your insurance coverage. Out-of-pocket expenses vary depending on your policy.

Schedule admission date and travel arrangements. There are 2 options for transportation:

Facility pickup to be arranged by our staff
Client drop off
- Clients may arrange their own transportation, but they must be dropped off. Client vehicles are not permitted to stay at the facility during treatment stays.
